On February 23, 2018 Carbro received the UTCA Construction Safety Award in recognition of our outstanding safety record and our going over five years without incident.

Over the past several years Carbro has actively worked to ingrain a culture of safety into its workforce, and this initiative has paid dividends. We devised a safety program that focused less on the program aspects of safety and more on culture. As a result, Employees at Carbro approach safety as a way of life, as a necessary component of each day.

Our safety culture model has resulted in our maintaining an Experience Mod well below one, and most importantly has ensured the health, safety, and welfare of our Carbro Family. We are so proud of this accomplishment, and salute the men and woman of Carbro that have committed themselves to living this culture of safety.
